Another wonderful year

 We have finally come to another year, as we leave behind our pain. Whatever loss we gladly lay aside, as Christ becomes our gain.

A New Year’s resolution becomes a way to better the last, to try to top the old self, and to make the best of our past.

Yet the one thing many forget to remember as they leave behind the old is that God has forgiven you completely, and removed your sinful load.

Remember the problems that plagued you, all the trouble that you went thru, you were not alone in your tribulation; God was right there with you.

 Therefore, what will the New Year bring to your life, prosperity, wisdom, or maybe change? Will this be the year, that you complete your goals will you take time to rearrange?

You can go it alone, as you did before, and keep God at the door to your heart. Then again, you could open that door and enjoy a brand new start.

Each New Year can be a special time, as long as God is with you each day. You still may face the roadblocks, yet He can show you another way.

On the other hand, you can make another resolution that you know you will never keep. Then when the trouble starts to mount, that price can be real steep.

The choice is always yours to make, to choose God, or walk in fear. As for me and my house we will choose the Lord, and another wonderful year.
