We pray for you pastor so you will be strong.
It's important to know this is where you belong.

We're watching you also; you're cool and collected,
calm waters you're sporting, through God you're elected.

Your love for the Lord it shows and shines bright,
energizingly powerful as you walk in his light.

You're one of His vessels, in you He is living.
This church is His home. As it grows God is giving.

The work here you do is not for the weak.
We know you've had days finding words hard to speak.

But you don't give up. You stay right on the trail,
step out on that platform and deliver without fail.

Teaching God's word inspires us so much.
Yes everyone agrees that you have the touch.

Never snatched from His hand, you are one of His own.
One day crowns you will place at the foot of Christ's throne..
