Precious Treasure

“The hearts on the road to Damascus have a coat of armor” they say.
May the power of love that’s within you penetrate their armor someway!

The harder the shell that’s upon them the more precious the prize that’s within,
a prize with a beauty eternal that shines and brings glory to Him.

One day on the road to Damascus a man was changed to a saint,
his heart was freed from it’s bondage, lifted from all it’s restraints.

The light of Christ shone upon him, so bright that he now could not see.
From that day God’s spirit would guide him and make that man all he could be.

About the Poet
I love God and claim Jesus as lord. My purpose is to encourage others to do the same.
