Peanut Butter And Banana Sandwiches

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches, if ya
got a hankering for a different sandwich. Try one,
but if not sure. Take a slice of banana, spread
peanut butter on it. Then you'll know about what
it tastes like. Two pieces of toast hot or cold
no matter, spread the peanut butter, layer of
bananas. Put together and chow down, crunchy,
creamy, fruity. Yummy, yummy in my tummy,
so good.

Peanut butter and banana sandwiches, oh man now
I've lost my trail of thoughts. A flash of
lighting lit up everything, then a big boom of
thunder. Thought for sure something got hit, my
husband jumped up off the couch. And he was
lying down. I was sitting on my folding chair,
with my feet upon the bed. I almost jumped out
of my chair, I certainly climbed up in the
middle of my bed. Away from the window next to
where I was sitting. Man that was loud and
rough, I'm trying to settle back down. Oh well,
maybe you'll still enjoy the poem and specially
the sandwich. So this is how it ended. Rough,
man, rough. Maybe I'll rewrite it later.

Author's Note: Glad the power is still on. Thank
the Lord. This storm hit like all of a
sudden. All quite now, thank goodness.
I always start praying when I see that
storm is coming thru. No matter where it
