Prisonyard

Disentangle the web
give expression to self
living but invincible
wearing a mask
that looks like another

we miss you
yet we see you daily
you talk with a voice
that clearly is not yours
disentangle the web
give expression to self

you only bring a frown
living through a mask
that looks like another
the prison is not home
disentangle the web
give expression to self.
