Rough Roads

ROUGH ROADS

To turn down been sold
is to be recognised as gold
threats don't buy the tough
even when the road is rough
the road that indicates shame
is the road that ends with fame
to be battered by the rain
yet not go down the drain
my future is one way I must tread
'cause my present is a place I dread
though setbacks still talking
my zeal shall keep me walking
my journey is not yet over
'cause my lost dream I must recover!
