The big tree

The big tree

An insignificant seed it was,
sown carelessly in the soil,
forgotten to be watered.
The sun scourged so hard,
until it cried out.
The heavens opened,
and poured out rain.

Do not cut me off this tree,
it comes with pain,
this is the home i know.
Without the glamour of wealth,
yet so peaceful and full of love.
If i must go away,
then i take the seed with me.
