Oh, Jesus, so faithful, so kind, so true, Would that I could be a friend like You. In my own strength, a foe at times, A poor reflection of Love divine. Yet, let Your words come as a tune, Each note connect and fill each room, With melodies so sweet and fine, Forever etched in one's own mind. |

About the Poet
I've been a Christian for over 40 years and am continually thankful for Jesus' friendship and care. I'm married and have three grown children. I also have two grandsons and three granddaughters. Praise God! My prayer is that God would use these simple poems to encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
