Together

 

We can pray,

We can share,

We can care,

We can fly,

We can never say goodbye.

We can talk,

We can walk,

We can cry,

We can laugh.

Together

We can play,

We can work,

We can dance,

We can have another chance.

We can smile,

We can dream,

We can love supreme,

We can do anything,

Together!


Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For [he has] no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. r, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone?

About the Poet
I'm a wife, full time mother of 7, and a grandmother of 1. I have served in the children's ministry for 14 years. I enjoy sharing Christ with others and writing poems. I believe according to the Scriptures that we should share with one another the things of the Lord and the things of the heart. The author of Ephesians tells us to speak to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
