Get Out of God's Way Want to make your day; then get out of God's way. God has His sight set on you. You're stuck in pride, and your good works are okay. Then humbly step aside, and get out of God's way. Experience His power, the pillar of fire of old testament day. He will move the you out of you, and bring the Spirit to seize the day. Just get out of God's way. For He doesn't have time for pompous play. He wants you clean with an open heart, free of self, and filled with the works of God. So move over, and let Him do what He's going to do anyway. Feel His splendor of power, and make the best of your day.

About the Poet
I am 62, and happily married to a wonderful Christian man for 22 years. I was saved and blessed in the seventies, and I really enjoy writing poetry. I have been writing for about two years
now. Each day I am anxious to see how God will inspire me.
