Good Things

by Everett Christian, McAlester, OK

GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD
(The Lord said) 21 “You must not covet your neighbor’s wife. You must not covet your neighbor’s house or land, male or female servant, ox or donkey, or anything else that belongs to your neighbor." - Deuteronomy 5:21(New Living Translation).
GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD
4 Give honor to marriage, and remain faithful to one another in marriage. God will surely judge people who are immoral and those who commit adultery. - Hebrews 13:4(New Living Translation).
A QUOTE
One way to relax is watch a sunrise. - H. Jackson Brown, Jr. -
THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER
There's safety in friendship - a banana gets skinned only when it leaves the bunch. - From Reminisce Magazine - People with horse sense know when to say nay. - From Reminisce Magazine - Adding up your blessings will multiply your joy. - From Reminisce Magazine -
NOTES
Today has been partly cloudy with a high temperare of 91 degrees. Low temperature this morning was 72 degrees. I had lunch with Charley. I went to the post office. I took a nap. At 4:00 p.m. I went to a Dollar General Store. I sat outside with the cats and read for about an hour this evening. Not much activity for me today which is good for my back not to be too active. The picture tonight is me with my great grandsons, Nick and Jon. You will notice that there is never any pictures of my daughter, June. She took the pictures and no one thought to take over and take a picture of her. The cats are fine. Rascal just came in to check on me and is on a desk near me at the present time. Leo was just in and I think the rest are outside. At 9:40 skies are fair with a temperature of 79 degrees. I will see you next time.
In Christian Love, Everett.
