NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy with high temperatures arond 70 degrees.  I had lunch with Charley and then came by the post office.  I took my nap with Beau and Emmy.  My daughter, June, arrived about 5:30 p.m. to stay a few days with me.  We sat outside with the cats for a while this evening.  Today I had e-mails from Alice, Debra and Geneva.  Sometimes I think about sharing the e-mails but some might not wish that their letter be shared.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl on the couch with June and the others coming through the den occasionally.  Rascal just came in for a bite of dry food.  All of our children love cats.  They are chips off the old blocks.  My son Ron and wife Angie take in every stray cat and kittens that come along.  They live in Oklahoma City.  Angie is on a trip now and Ron is taking care of the cats.  He has three tiny kittens that the mother cat won't come and feed them.  Ron and Angie have been feeding them on a bottle.  They are now big enough to be weaned but the little fellers wake Ron up in the middle of the night to be fed and he gets up and feeds them.  You people that don't want anything to do with cats just don't know what good times you are missing.  I know some of you are allergic to cats and can't have them and that is a shame.

At 10:00 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 54 degrees.  I will see you next time.
