GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

8 The Lord will work out his plans for my life—
for your faithful love, O Lord, endures forever.
Don’t abandon me, for you made me.
- Psalm 138:8(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

9 So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.  - Galatians 6:9(New Living Translation).

NOTES

We have had another hot sunny day with high temperatures slightly over 100 degrees.  A few clouds were around but no rain clouds for our area.  I had lunch with Charley.  I most always see people that I know at at Taco Bob's.  Today I saw Stan and Sue McMullen.  I also saw their daughter Pam and Pam's daughter.  As I was leaving Bob's just outside the entrance a lady I was meeting said "Hello Mr. Christian".  I looked at her and spoke and stopped her to ask her name.  She said "I used to live next door to you" and then I saw her name tag "Pat Tolson".  Pat and her son, Ryan, lived next door here for several years.  Ryan grew up and became a minister.  I told Pat that I wouldn't have known her.  I went by the post office to pick up the mail.  Later I went out again to mail some letters that I didn't have ready when I went for lunch.  I put out food and fresh water for the outside cats.  I watered the two trees that need water.  The picture that I am sending tonight is Rascal lying in the floor on his back.

The cats are fine.

At 10:00 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 89 degrees.  I will see you next time.
