GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

4"Haven't you read," he (Jesus) replied, "that at the beginning the Creator 'made them male and female, 5and said, 'For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh'? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."  - Matthew 19:4-5(New International Version)

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

29 The glory of the young is their strength;
      the gray hair of experience is the splendor of the old.
- Proverbs 20:29(New Living Translation).

NOTES

Today has been another sunny hot day with high temperures at 100 degrees or higher.  I have not heard the official high temperature for today.  I went out for lunch and back by the post office and have been inside the rest of the day.  It was too hot to sit in the yard again this evening so I put out fresh water, cat food and treats for the strays.  My cats were soon back inside.  The picture I am sending tonight is my long haired Siamese.  He is not a full blood Siamese as his mother was solid black.  We have had him since he was a kitten which has been several years.  The Good Things are going out earlier tonight so maybe you will get to read them before bedtime.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl is outside on top of the van.  Rascal just came in and is lying on a desk here beside me.  I just boo headed him.

At 9:40 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 86 degrees. I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
