GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

22 Don’t say, “I will get even for this wrong.”
Wait for the Lord to handle the matter.
- Proverbs 20:22(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

15 Happy are those who hear the joyful call to worship,
for they will walk in the light of your presence, Lord.
16 They rejoice all day long in your wonderful reputation.
      They exult in your righteousness.
- Psalm 89:15-16(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

Anyone who knows all the answers most likely misunderstood the questions.

NOTES

Today has been a hot sunny day with high temperatures around 100 degrees.  June and I had lunch at The Meeting Place.  Charley has some other things to do today.  After lunch, June and I went to the post office, Walgreens, and Walmart.  June left for home in Yukon, Oklahoma, around 2:30 p.m.  I took my nap after she left.  She called later to report that she had made it home.  She was really a blessing while she was here doing all the things that I normally do.  She loves the cats and really looks after them while she is here.  I put some treats and food out in the back yard for the cats this evening but it was too hot for me to stay out.  Some of the cats came back in a little while after I came in.  If you can't receive the pictures that I send, let me know and I will send them separately to those who want them.  The picture tonight is a picture of the old man, himself, sitting in the yard reading with Rascal in a chair nearby.  That picture was made last evening.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl chose to go outside tonight and get on top of the van.  Toney, the neighbor cat from across the street was just in for a bite of canned food and also some dry cat food.  He eats and then heads back out the door.

At 10:30 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 84 dergrees.  Have a Wonderful Sunday!  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
