GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

13 All who fear the Lord will hate evil.
Therefore, I (Wisdom) hate pride and arrogance,
      corruption and perverse speech.
- Proverbs 8:13(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

12 So also Jesus suffered and died outside the city gates to make his people holy by means of his own blood.
- Hebrews 13:12(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

Faith is confidence that God is acting for my highest good when He says no to my prayers.
- Pamela Reeve -

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Middle age is when broadness of the mind and narrowness of the waist change places.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Prayer changes things.
- From Reflecting God -

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy with high temperatures in the upper nineties.  I had an appointment with my urologist at 9:00 a.m.  After lunch I went by the post office.  Later in the afternoon I went to Walgreens to pick up some prescriptions.  We had a few sprinkles of rain around 6:00 p.m.  I sat out with the cats and read from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

The cats are fine.  Little Girl is sitting on a desk close by me at present.  She stayed outside all night last night but was ready to come inside this morning.  She stays inside in the den all day long.  The other cats go outside now and then during the day.

At 10:40 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 76 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love,
Everett.
