GOD SPEAKS TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 8 "The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.”  - John 3:8(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

7 How precious is your unfailing love, O God!
   All humanity finds shelter
in the shadow of your wings.
8 You feed them from the abundance of your own house,
letting them drink from your river of delights.
- Psalm 36:7-8(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

If you want to see the true measure of a man, watch how he treats his inferiors, not his equals."
- J. K. Rowling -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

The greatest calamity is not to have failed, but to have failed to try.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy in McAlester, Oklahoma, with high temperatures around 70 degrees.  I did the usual things today.  I attended church tonight.  My daughter, June, and Son, Ron, are coming to visit tomorrow so don't be concerned if you don't receive Good Things for a couple of days.  The Wisteria vines are in full bloom now.

The cats are fine, going in and out.  Rascal was just here to check on me.

At 11:15 p.m. skies are cloudy with a temperature of 49 degrees.  I will see you soon.

In Christian Love, Everett.
