GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

11 This is the message you have heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
- 1 John 3:11(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(God said to Abraham) 7 “I will confirm my covenant with you and your descendants after you, from generation to generation. This is the everlasting covenant: I will always be your God and the God of your descendants after you."   - Genesis 17:7(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

We experience peace when we place our agenda in God's hands and follow His agenda.
- Larry Lewis -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow; it only saps today of its stregth.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

NOTES

Today has been mostly cloudy in McAlester, Oklahoma, with high temperatures near 80 degrees.  Today I went to Taco Bob's, post office, Coutry Mart and Sandy's CPA Office.  I picked up my tax return and I owe some taxes this year on my Federal Return.  I had rather live in the United States and pay taxes than to live any other place in the world.  With all the faults in our country it is still the best in the world and we should thank the Lord every day that we live in the USA.  I sat outside and read for a few minutes this evening with the kitties.  The Redbud trees are in full bloom and we have about four Rebuds in our yard.  The Dandelions are also blooming in our yard.  Some people do not like Dandelions and try every way possible to get rid of them.  I think they are a beautiful flower

The cats are fine, going in and out since the weather is mild.  Rascal was just in here and layed on the desk here by my computer for a few minutes but now he has gone elsewhere.

At 9:35 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 74 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
