GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

4 Give honor to marriage, and remain faithful to one another in marriage. God will surely judge people who are immoral and those who commit adultery.  - Hebrews 13:4(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(The Lord said)
4 "I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you."
- Isaiah 46:4(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

Indifference drives a wedge between people and God.

THOUGHTS TO REMEMBER

Income is something you cannot live without and some people can't live within.
- From Reminisce Magazine -

Sometimes you have to be silent in order to be heard.

NOTES

Today has been mostly sunny in McAlester, Oklahoma with high temperatures in the mid sixties.  I had lunch with Charley as usual.  I went to the post office.  I filled the van with gasoline.  I sat in the back yard and read a little this evening and then walked around with several cats following me.  I usually don't say much about conditions in our country today but I am very concerned for the younger generation in the days to come.  I am an old man and probably won't live to see a lot of things that I fear is coming to our country.  More and more it seems that God is being ignored and left out.  I don't know how much more that God can take without bringing judgment on our country.  If you are not a Christian, you need to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and live your life in accordance with His teachings.  If you are a Christian, we need to be concerned about the way things are going in our country and live according to the teachings of the Bible, God's Word.  No extra charge for my Sermon tonight, but I do love the Lord and try to live my life the way He would have me live it.

The cats are fine.  I think all of them are outside at present except Little Girl.  She is on the back of the couch here in the den.

At 10:40 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 51 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
