For Family Who Care

For Family Who Care.

Illness and age may bring changes to the ones that you hold dear,

they may not even know you,or want you to be near.

Remember it is the illness that makes them act this way,

the person that you know and love has not really gone away.

This illness that has trapped their mind, maybe their body too,

may have caused you to seem like strangers, but love will see you through.

So if you feel you can't go on,the stress too hard to bare,

remember underneath the shell, your loved one still is there.

One day, this life will be over, for your loved one and for you,

the chain of love not broken, for love will see you through.
