NOTES
 
Today has been mostly sunny with some clouds this afternoon.  High temperatures were in the mid to upper nineties.  I had lunch with Bill and Charley.  Charley and I have lunch together at 11:30 a.m. every day at Taco Bob's Fiesta Grill.  Sometimes we have someone to eat with us and always see someone we know to say hello and visit with.  I went by the post office.  I came home, took a nap, got up and went to Walmart for cat food and a few other items.  I did a load of laundry. This evening I put out fresh water and food for the strays.  I watered three trees.  These old fingers are giving me a little trouble typing tonight but mistakes are easily corrected on a computer.  If I ever get to where I can't type anymore I will have to stop the Good Things.  I had some e-mails wanting the cat pictures to continue so I will send them for a while.  Cats are one of the cleanest animals.  They bathe themselves often, especially after eating.  They also bathe each other.  The picture tonight is Beau bathing Smokey even though Smokey is about 3 or 4 years older than Beau.
 
The cats are fine.  None of them are with me at present.
 
At 10:20 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 87 degrees.  I will see you next time.

NOTES
 
Today has been partly cloudy with high temperatures around 90 degrees.  We thank the Lord for the cooler weather.  I had an injection in my back this morning.  Last time I took the injection without a painkiller and made it fine.  Today it hurt, so next time I will have them give me something to help control the pain.  They told me not to drive for the remainder of the day so Charley came and got me for lunch and took me by the post office.  I have rested quite a lot today because I was having some pain from the injection.  My back is quite comfortable now.  The picture tonight is Leo in a cute pose.  If you have seen enough cat pictures I will not show any more.  If anyone would like them to continue let me know.
 
The cats are fine.  I was feeding them on the kitchen floor this morning with about seven cats gathered around six little paper plates of cat food in sort of a semi-circle.  I accidently stepped on one of their tails (I think it was Emmy's) and she squealed at the top of her voice.  All the cats immediately disappeared in different directions.  Later they came back. All of the cats were okay.  I apologized to Emmy.  She seemed as friendy as ever so I guess she realized it was an accident.  Rascal just came in and is here on the table beside me eating dry food.
 
At 10:10 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 85 degrees.  I will see you next time.

This morning was sunny but clouds came in this aftenoon.  We had a very welcome rain shower this afternoon.  High temperatures were in the mid nineties before the shower came along.  I had lunch with Charley and went by the post office.  The rest of the time I have been inside until this evening.  When I awoke from my nap this afternoon Beau and Rascal were cuddled up together in bed with me.  I put out food this evening and it was cool enough to sit out and read for a few minutes.  The picture tonight is Lucy taking it easy outside.
 
The cats are fine.  Little Girl is on the sofa.  Leo and Rascal were here a few minutes ago.
 
At 10:40 p.m. skies are cloudy with a temperature of 76 degrees.  I will see you next time.

Today has been mostly sunny with high temperatures in the mid nineties.  After lunch I came home and watched a baseball game on television in which my great nephew played.  Later I went to the post office and Walmart.  One of my tires was losing air so I had it fixed at Walmart.  I put out food and water this evening and watered the two trees that I don't want to lose.  The picture tonight is Smokey on a tv tray.  Smokey is the cat.
 
At 10:15 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 85 degrees.  I will see you next time.
 
The cats are fine.  None are around me at present which might be a bit unusual.

NOTES
 
We had a sunny day until the middle of the afternoon when some clouds rolled in.  High temperatures were around 100 degrees.  There was some rain to the south and east of us but it missed us completely.  I attended Sunday School and Worship service this morning.  I had lunch at home.  I took a nap this afternoon.  I attended church tonight.  After church I put out fresh water and food for the outside cats.  The picture tonight is Smokey taking it easy.
 
The cats are fine.  Some outside and some inside.
 
At 10:15 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 90 degrees.  I will see you next time.
