Faith Is.......

Faith is a strength straight from Heaven.

Not as a work but as a grace given.

Do not take it for granted today,

for it has wings that can fly away.

Then the heart will surely start to harden.

As time will seem to eat away at the pardon,

 and the joy that peace and hope brings,

will  fly away on that vulture’s wings.

 

So, remember to be kind and exalt one another,

with love that is given like that of a brother.

Hold on tight to Faith with all strength and might

Always continue to fight that good fight.

Keep faith in your heart’s nest.

For the Dove of Faith is life’s test.

 

1 Timothy 6:11-13

11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

13 I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;

14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
