I WILL NOT

I will not ignore the hurts of others

and pretend that I don't care

I'll be with them in their time

of need and keep them in

in my daily prayer.

I will not stop my education

just because I'm out of school

The whole world is my classroom

and to cease from further learning

would make me quite the fool.

I will not regret my mistakes

of the past -because in

the past they stay...

No doubt there are some more

to come -even a few

by the end of this day.

I will not deny my love for

God as He healed and

changed my shattered heart

I'll always praise

the name of Christ

In my faith walk- I'll do my part.

I will not claim to understand

and know all things in this life

I do know enough that

I won't be part of an audience

that creates slander or strife.

I will not accept that war is

the answer on any given day

when the truth is there already

that more can be done toward

Peace - God's chosen way.

Psalm 29:11 The LORD will give strength to His people;
The LORD will bless His people with peace.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
