GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

19 A gossip goes around telling secrets,
so don’t hang around with chatterers.
- Proverbs 20:19(New Living Translation)

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

(Jesus said) 22 "What blessings await you when people hate you and exclude you and mock you and curse you as evil because you follow the Son of Man (Jesus). 23 When that happens, be happy! Yes, leap for joy! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, their ancestors treated the ancient prophets that same way."  - Luke 6:22-23(New Living Translation)

A QUOTE

NOTES

Today has been mostly cloudy with a high temperature of 73 degrees. Low temperature last night was 62 degrees.  We are having a thundershower now at 10:15 p.m. I attended Sunday School and Worship Services this morning. Pastor J. T.'s message was a continuation of the series "What is a Christian?" His message this morning was titled "Yours and Yours Alone!" I had lunch at home. I took my nap this afternoon. I attended church tonight which was fellowship night where we had a meal together.

The cats are fine. Emmy came in a little damp from the rain and is now on top of the television set here in the den. Leo was just here a little while ago. Little Girl is on the couch. Rascal is lying on a footstool here in the den. The other cats are inside somewhere.

At 10:25 p.m. the rain is continuing with a temperature of 70 degrees. God Be With You until next time.
