GOD SPEAKS TO US THROUGH HIS HOLY WORD

3 Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.
- Ephesians 4:3(New Living Translation).

GOD'S PROMISE TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD

4 But—“When God our Savior revealed his kindness and love, 5 he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He washed away our sins, giving us a new birth and new life through the Holy Spirit. 6 He generously poured out the Spirit upon us through Jesus Christ our Savior."  - Titus 3:4-6(New Living Translation).

A QUOTE

If I could hear Christ praying for me in the next room, I would not fear a million enemies.  Yet distance makes no difference.  He is praying for me.  - Robert Murray M'Cheyne -

A THOUGHT TO REMEMBER

Cherish yesterday, dream tomorrow, live today.

NOTES

Today has been partly cloudy with high temperatures in the high eighties.  It has been a normal day for me doing the usual things.  Lunch with Charley and Joel Kircher.  Sitting in the yard for a couple of hours this evening, reading and watching the cats.  Thanks to everyone who have requested staying with the Good Things.  I haven't had time to answer all the e-mails but I do appreciate them.  Let me know if you want to stay with the Good Things if you haven't already notified me.

The cats are fine coming and going at their leisure.

At 10:45 p.m. skies are fair with a temperature of 73 degrees.  I will see you next time.

In Christian Love, Everett.
