GOD SPEAKS TO US FROM HIS HOLY WORD
9 But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.) 10 And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you have been made right with God. 11 The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you. - Romans 8:9-11(New Living Translation).

NOTES
Today has been a sunny day with high temperatures in the mid fifties. I have been at home all day. I had lunch at home. I went out walking in the back yard once this morning. Today I have been reading some of the old letters that I wrote to my darling wife that she saved all through the years all the way back to World War II. Needless to say they made me very sad so I have put them away and I will put a note on them that they be destroyed when I die. As for me I am ready to go meet my Flonnie again any time the Lord is ready for me to come home. I tell Flonnie that every night. I have lived longer than most people get to live. As long as I live I hope to be able to stay at home in order to take care of my cats for I do want them to be taken care of.
The cats are fine. Beau has the computer chair tonight.
At 7:10 p.m. skies are clear with a temperature of 40 degrees. I will see you next time.
