A Never-Failing Source of Light
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Other Poems by George David Denson

I am the light of the world,
Jesus of Nazareth
said nearly 2000 years ago;
Follow me and my teachings,
and you will not walk in darkness,
but will possess a source of power
more valuable than all the world's
money, oil, silver or gold.

Without His shining light
of truth, love and meaning,
our world can be a very dark place;
Faith in Jesus, the Son of God,
gives a never-failing source of light
to overcome the world's darkness --
a gift of our God as an act of amazing grace.
