Big Ben Strikes Again !

There is a clock in England known as Big Ben,
Whose hands of time move forward as history evolves;
Those who live in residence and those who visit,
Always look to Big Ben to have their time issues resolved.

Now another Big Ben, an American golfer,
Stands tall and tells time in London square;
A rookie, a revolutionary, a champion,
And in his victory, all the world can share.

About the Poet
I am 73 years old and have not written poetry in these past many years For my wife of 73, my daughter of 50 and my son, 44 in the Army National guard I write this poem in faith but also with tear.
