Bless Me Indeed!
Viewed Last 24 Hours: 1 time

Please bless me,
Yes, bless me indeed,
The poet Jabez mournfully cried.
On earth his sufferings had become faith-seeds,
As He looked for blessings from heaven's clear skies.

The poet Jabez sought for God's powerful touch,
Upon his life of dark low hanging clouds.
Bright sunshine could be seen breaking through,
God was beginning to bless Jabez, as His beloved child.

The poetry of Jabez is a gift to us all;
Teaching us that in our time of great need,
To a living God we may call --
Asking that He would bless us and bless us indeed!

***Please read I Chronicles 4:10 and the book The Prayer
Of Jabez.
